Free Tier: You can select and train up to 2 machine learning algorithms per job. During inference, you can only use the first 2 models that were trained.

Premium: Select and train all 6 calibrated algorithms (Random Forest, SVM, XGBoost, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Extra Trees) and use any of them for predictions.

Jobs are automatically deleted after the retention period (7 days for Free, 14 days for Premium). You'll receive a reminder email 1 day before expiry. All artifacts (models, results, plots) are permanently deleted from both our database and cloud storage to ensure your data privacy.

Our built-in dataset contains 4.3 million molecules. We use deterministic sampling to ensure reproducibility:
  • Free Tier: 10% sample (~430K molecules) with phys-chem filters and diversity selection, returning top 1,000 predictions
  • Premium: 20% sample (~860K molecules) with the same quality controls, returning top 10,000 predictions
The sampling is deterministic based on your user ID and protein target, so you'll get the same results for the same query.

Yes! You can upgrade to Premium at any time by contacting us. If you downgrade, your existing jobs will remain accessible until their original expiry date, but new jobs will follow Free Tier limits.
